This year, the Grade 12 Literacy Assessment will be scheduled on Tuesday, November 3 (Day 2).
To allow all Grade 12 students to complete the assessment on the same day, all classes will be cancelled for Grade 12 students on that day.
Please note that multi-grade classes will continue to run for students in Grades 9 through 11. For example, a Grade 11 student enrolled in a Grade 12 course will still attend class as scheduled. This cancellation applies only to Grade 12 students writing the assessment.
Students will write the assessment according to the following schedule based on their last name:
- A-Liu: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
- Lle-Z: 12:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Students will be assigned to one of the following assessment locations:
- Room 117
- Room 118
- Room 312
- Room 325
- Library
Students can find their room assignment by checking Grade 12 Counselling Info Teams or the posted schedules outside the Main Office and Student Services.
To help ensure a smooth assessment experience, students should arrive 15 minutes early to their assigned classroom and know their computer login and password.
