Course Change Request Form

Welcome Back Moscropians!!!

1)  We will be processing ALL course change REQUESTS via this form.
2)  Please DO NOT email your counsellor regarding course change requests.
3)  This form will be open until Monday, Sept. 8th at 4:00 pm. After this date, counsellors will need up to 2 (TWO) weeks to process requests. Thank you for your patience.

***Please only submit 1 (ONE) course change request form. It is not helpful to submit the request more than once.***

4)  If you are requesting to change more than 1 (ONE) course, please only submit 1 (ONE) form with ALL your requests.
     DO NOT submit 1 form per course change request.

5)  We will do our best to honour the requests that have been made, but there are limitations based on what is available
     (PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT MOST REQUESTS MAY NOT BE FULFILLED).

6)  Students must attend ALL classes while waiting for their requested course change.

7)  Please login to the MyEducation Portal and access your class schedule BEFORE requesting any changes.

8)  View the MASTER SCHEDULE before submitting your change requests.

Course correction priorities are the following:
1. New students with incomplete schedules
2. Incomplete schedules (missing 1 or more courses)
3. Incorrect grade level of course in schedule

IMPORTANT DATES: 
September 8th at 4:00pm – COURSE CHANGE REQUESTS DUE. No more change requests will be accepted.

Please check the MyEducation Portal for updated changes in your schedule. Counsellors will email students if changes have been made to schedules.
