Parent Teacher Conferences

Dear Parent(s)/Guardian(s):

Parent-Teacher Conferences will be taking place on Thursday January 15th starting at 1:30pm through 7:30pm (last appointment at 7:20pm).

Sign up is scheduled to open on Tuesday, January 6th, 2026, starting at 9:00am. Meetings will be held virtually (video conferencing), and the school will be using an online software to book and host appointments. Please note the following:

  • All bookings will be made online.
  • Interviews are 10 minutes in length. Teachers may wish to conclude the meeting at the 8-minute mark so they can transition into their next appointment.
  • Most teachers are available for interviews; however, unavoidable absences might occur, or availability may be restricted.

Instructions for online scheduling:

  • You can start scheduling appointments on Tuesday, January 6th at 9:00am. The website will be closed for bookings on Tuesday, January 13th, 2026, at 3:00 pm. Please book early as time slots will fill up quickly.
  • You may log on to the website ahead of time to set up your account. Parents new to the Burnaby School District, we suggest you create your account prior to Tuesday, January 6, so that you are ready to schedule appointments on January 6.  Parents who have set up an account in prior years, please make sure that you remember your login and password.
  • You will need to remember login credentials when signing in, to be able to conference virtually with the teacher.

Creating an Account

1. Go to: https://secure.parentinterviews.com/moscrop/home

2. Click the Create New Account button.

3. Enter your name, email address, phone number, and choose a password.

4. Click Continue.

Adding a child to your account

1. Click My Account from the main menu.

2. Click My Children from the dropdown menu.

3. Click Add Child.

4. Complete the First Name and Last Name fields.

5. Click Continue.
